RESOLUTION NO. 7076
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1124 FOR CONSTRUCTIOR OF THE RAILROAD PARKING LOT.
WHEREAS, bidshave been received by the City of Carlsbad for construction
of the Railroad Parking Lot, Contract No. 1124; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project with Alternate A was sub-
mitted by Dillingham Engineering Construction in the amount of $39,676.52; and
WHEREAS, Sully-Miller Company’s bid is rejected as nonresponsive; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 15-18-90-3715 for this projec.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
as fol 1 ows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid $39,676.52 by Dillingham Engineering Construction for
Contract No. 1124 for the construction of the Railroad Parking Lot is hereby
accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
, 19 82 by the following Council held on the 7th day of kcember
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council mrs Casler, Lads, Kulh, chick and Prescott
