RESOLUTION NO. 7077
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER AND EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF TYLER ST. - CONTRACT NO. 1113
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-four
Dollars ($18,924) from Streetscape I11 , Account No. 15-18-90-3715, to Tyler
Street Improvement, Account No. 15-18-90-3714, and the expenditure of said
funds for the project is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 37 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 7th day of Dshr , 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
