RESOLUTION NO. 7082
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION
FOR MEMBERS OF THE CARLSBAD HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City Council has established the Housing and
Redevelopment Commission as a single operating entity to operate
and govern the redevelopment agency and housing authority, and
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Law and the Housing
Authorities Law provide for compensation of members, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to compensate members of
the Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment Commission as provided by
law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That members of the Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment
Commission shall receive compensation of thirty dollars ($30)
per member for each meeting of the Commission attended by the
member. No member shall receive compensation for attending
more than four meetings of the Commission during any calendar
month.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the
7th day of Decenber I 1982.
