RESOLUTION NO. 7083
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING A MASTER PLAN
(MP-133) AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 1671 FOR A RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL MASTER PLAN ON APPROX-
IMATELY 383 ACRES LOCATED ON PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF THE INTERSTATE 5 AND POINSETTIA LANE INTERCHANGE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia by the adoption of Resolution 1671 approved a master
?lan (MP-133) for residential and commercial development on
3pproximately 383 acres; and
WHEREAS, after procedures in accordance with the
requirements of law, the City Council has determined that the
?ublic interest indicates that said plan be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
joes ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Master Plan MP-133 dated December 16,
1969, as adopted by Resolution No. 1671 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City
Zouncil held on the 7th day of Decenher , 1982, by the
following vote to wit:
