RESOLUTION NO. 7093
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AGREEMENTS WITH LANDOWNERS ON THE LONGARD TUBE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
lve as follows:
1. That agreements between the City of Carlsbad and the landowners
involved in the Longard Tube, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
md made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
Sirected to execute said agreements for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the City Council
Df the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 14th day of December, 1982, by
the following vote, to wit:
