RESOLUTION NO. 7094
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR LON0 TUBE BEACH REVETMENT CONTRACT NO. 1126
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Ten Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty Dollars
($10,160) from the Contingency Reserve Fund, Account No. 01-19-50-2470, to
Longard Tube, Account No. 30-18-90-3133, is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund No. 43 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 14th day of December, 1982, by the following vote,
to wit:
