RESOLUTION NO. 7106
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REJECTING
AN OFFER OF DEDICATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
DONALD F. HUBBARD, DOROTHY M. HUBBARD, ROBERT D. TEMPLETON, LINDA K.
TEMPLETON, KIRRIS I. STEIMAN, AND BARBAPA Z. STEIMAN have submitted an offer
of dedication conveying an easenent to the City of Carlsbad for road purposes;
said offer #724 is on file in the office of the City Clerk and is incorporated
by reference herein; and was recorded by the County Recorder on July 9, 1979,
as FilelPage Number 79-282730.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in
the public interest to reject said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the offer of dedication conveying an easement to the City of
Carlsbad for road purposes is hereby rejected.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the Certificate
of Rejection to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the4m
