7112 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE BUENA VISTA LAGOON WATERSHED COORDINA-
TING COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, The Buena Vista Lagoon Joint Powers Agreement with
the Cities of Vista and Oceanside was approved by Council on
December 21, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Item No. 5 of this agreement establishes the Buena
Vista Lagoon Watershed Coordinating Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the committee shall be formed consisting of two
Council Members and one citizen from the City of Carlsbad.
3. That the City Council shall have the authority to appoint,
replace and remove members.
4. That the following members are hereby appointed to serve
on the Buena Vista Lagoon Watershed Coordinating Committee:
Richard Chick, Council Member
Bob Prescott, Council Member
Pearl Tade, Citizen

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 4th day of
January , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Merbrs Casler, Lewis, Kulch, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
