authorized and directed to apply to the Mortgage Bond Allocation
Committee for an allocation of revenue bonds in an amount equal
to the product of 200 times the total of the developer good faith
cash deposits or letter of credit held by the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Carlsbad City Council held on the 18th day of Janq
1983 by the following vote, to wit:

CARLSRAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION
IN THE SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SITBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR SAID PROGRP$I TO THE ______~
MORTGAGE BOND ALLOCATION COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California wishes to participate in the single family mortgage
revenue bond program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:

That the City Council hereby authorizes
participation by the City of Carlsbad in the single family
