RESOLUTION NO. 7129
A RESOLWION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, QUITCLAIMING AN INTEREST
IN AN EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
in the public interest to quitclaim the City's interests in that certain easement
described in Exhibit A, and shown for convience on Exhibit B, both attached heretl
and made a part hereof, to Richard J. and Jean Horton;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council fo the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute a quitclaim deed conveying the
City's interest in that certain easement, described in Exhibit A, to Richard J.
and Jean Horton.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original deed to
3e recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
Zalifornia.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Zouncil held on the 1st day of February , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
