RESOLUTION NO. 7132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE
NUMBER 1123. JEFFERSON SCHOOL ATHLETIC FIELD IMPROVEMENT - CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
iecessary and in the public interest to improve Jefferson School Athletic Field;

WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, material,
tools, equipment, transportation, and other expenses necessary or incidental for
;aid project, Contract Number 1123, have been prepared and are on file in the
:ngineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference
ierein ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed
to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors inviting
lids for the Jefferson School Athletic Field Improvement in accordance with the
~lans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia, at a regular meeting held the 1st day of February , 1983, by the
€allowing vote, to wit:
