RESOLUTION NO. 7138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT 81-10, UNITS 2,3 6 4,
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 21st
day of July, 1981, adopted Resolution No. 6619 approving, with
conditions, Tentative Map Ct 81-10,Units 2,3 & 4,
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of
time for said map from March 2, 1983 to March 2, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Tentative Map CT 81-10 is hereby extended from
March 2, 1982 to March 2, 1984, subject to execution and/or ful-
fillment of all conditons of Resolution No. 6619.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council Of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 15th day of F&rua.r~
1983, by the following vote, to wit:
