RESOLUTION NO. 7141
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF 727.70 EDU'S OF
AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC
SEWER CAPACITY FROM THE CITY COUNCIL RESERVE TO BE MADE
WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of February 1, 1983, received a
report from the City Engineer stating that only 146.16 EDU's were available to
the public as of January 1 , 1983; and
WHEREAS, to date, 795.16 EDU's from the Second Phase Sewer Allocation have
been forfeited by developers who did not complete projects and said EDU's were
placed in the City Council Reserve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

The above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Coucil is satisfied that 1027.70 EDU's of sewer capacity
are available in the City Council Reserve.
That the City Council desires to maintain a balance in the City Council
Reserve of 300 EDU's.
That the City Council hereby determine that 727.70 EDU's of sewer
capacity from said Reserve shall be made available to the public.
That said sewer capacity shall be available in the Encina Sewer Service
area and the Palomar Airport Drainage Basin as shown on Exhibit A to
Resolution No. 6226.
That except as otherwise provided by the Resolution, all provisions of
Resolution Nos. 6662 and 6226 shall remain in effect.
