RESOLUTION NO. 7142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT AND THE TEXT OF
THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN TO CONFORM WITH ADOPTED AGUA HEDIONDA LAND USE PLAN - GPA-68(A).
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on January 26, 1983
hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider
amendments to the Land Use Element of the General Plan GPA-68(A);
and
WHEREAS, the Land Use Planning Manager has determined that
the environmental impacts of Amendment 68A has been addressed in
conjunction with previously certified environmental documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did on February 15, 1983 hold a
duly advertised public hearing to consider said amendment and at
said time received the recommendations, objections, protests and
comments of all interested persons desiring to be heard
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That the findings of the Planning Commission as set
forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2070 constitute the
findings of the City Council.
C) That the Land Use Element of the General Plan is
amended as follws:
1. Change the land use designations on the General
Plan Land Use Plan as shown on the map marked Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
2. Change the text of the Land Use Element as
indicated on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
