RESOLUTION NO. 7147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSIONER TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
FOR ZONE 1.
WHEREAS, Carlsbad is the agency responsible for recommending
an individual to serve as a Commissioner of the San Diego County
Flood Control District for Zone 1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to be represented by the
City Engineer of the City of Carlsbad;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Gf the Citl
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following-named person is hereby recommended
for appointment by the Board of Supervisors to serve as a
Zommissioner for Zone 1 of the San Diego County Flood Control
District to fill the unexpired term which will expire October 5,
1984:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
if Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held the
1st day of March , 1983, by the following vote,
