RESOLUTION NO. 7149
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPJSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING "€lE EXPENDITUFtE
OF FuNIxj FOR THE FORMATION OF THE JAMES DRIVE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT FESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
That the funds, in the amunt not to exceed $40,000, in l~scellaneous
Drainage Project/Sidewalk Assesmat District are authorized to be expend& for
the formtion of the Jams Drive Assessrent District to be rehbursed fm funds
derived from the assesmt.
PASSED, APPFOW AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meting held the 1st day of M'brch , 1983, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Makers Casler, Iewis, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
