the Buena Vista Lagoon Dredging and Improvements, Project No.
3132, Alternative C; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by
CALCO CONSTRUCTION, A Joint Venture, in the amount of $799,740.00;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the amount of $990,000 in
Account No. 18-81-07-8580 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Contractor shall prepare a work plan subject to the
approval of City Engineer, prior to the execution of the
contract .
3. The bid of $779,740.00 by CALCO CONSTRUCTION, A Joint
Venture, for Project No. 3132 for Buena Vista Lagoon
Dredging and Improvements is hereby accepted and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby aurthorized to execute a contract
theref or.
