RESOLUTION NO. 7190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
EASEMENT ON ELM AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE EASEMENT ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
Eollows :
1. That the grant of an easement by the Atchison, Topeka and
;anta Fe Railway is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City
If Carlsbad.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record said
:asement on behalf of the City of Carlsbad with the County Recorder
.nd return a copy of said recorded document to the Railway.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
If Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the19th
