RESOLUTION NO. 7193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE REPLACEMENT OF ONE TAXI CAB FOR METRO TAXI AND AMMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6181.
WHEREAS, Metro Taxi was issued a Certificate of Convenience and
Necessity to operate a taxi cab service in the City of Carlsbad on the
21st day of April 1981; and
WHEREAS, Section 3(h) of the certificate specifies that only the vehicles
1isted.on the application dated the 22nd day of March, 1974, shall be
operated by Metro Taxi within the city limits; and
WHEREAS, James R. Northcutt, owner of Metro Taxi, has requested that
one vehicle be deleted and that one new vehicle be added to the above
men ti oned 1 i s ts ; and
WHEREAS, all necessary fees have been paid and inspections have been
made to accomplish this substitution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad does hereby authorize the following replacement of a vehicle:

1971 Ford Custom, Lic. #1543932 1978 Ford LTD, Lic. #2C84341
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the19th day of April , 1983
