7201 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOJNTING A MEMBER
TO THE CARLSBAD TRaFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Commissioner Arthur Kantor
zxpires in July, 1983; and
WHEREAS, Arthur Kantor has resigned from the Traffic Safety
Commission; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint a member to fill the
unexpired term, and the following full term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to
serve as a member of the Traffic Safety Commission:
Pat 0 'Day , for a term to expire in July,
1985.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council, held on the 3rd day of my I
1983, by the following vote, to wit:
