RESOLUTION NO. 7215
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DEPARTMENTAL TRANSFER OF FUNDS OF THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE INTRA-
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad desires to purchase radio
communications equipment to improve the public safety emergency
communications system of the City of Carlsbad.
WHEREAS, funds are available from the Police Department
operating budget to fund the purchase of said equipment.
WHEREAS, the intra-departmental transfer of funds are
detailed in Fund Transfer No. 111
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad that said transfer of funds is hereby approved
and shall be appropriated for said communications improvements.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th day of
