RESOLUTION NO. 7212
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPPOINTING FIVE MEMBERS TO THE FOUNDATION
FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION.
WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-laws for
the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television have been
approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the By-laws require the City Council to appoint
five members to the Board of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to
serve as members of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for
Carlsbad Community Cable Television for the terms specified.
