RESOLUTION NO. 7218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO PURCHASE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT LEVANTE PARK.
WHEREAS, the State of California has approved the Roberti 7' Berg
Block Grant for the installation of Playground Equipment at Levante Park and;
WHEREAS, the State of California will provide 75% of the grant in
the amount of 54,180 and;
LJHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has agreed to provide 25% of the
grant funds in the amount of $1,393 from Park-In-Lieu Funds and;
WHEREAS, funds are available in Roberti 2' Berg 13-8102-0900 and
Park-In-Lieu 33-1824-0900,and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the appropriation of $4,180 from Roberti Z' Eerg account number
18-8102-0900 to 18-8102-3900 and from Park-In-Lieu account number
33-1824-0900 to 33-1824-3900 to purchase playground equipment at Levante
Park.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a reqular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad held the - 17th day of my 1983, by the
following vote, to wit:
