RESOLUTION NO. 7223
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THREE STREET
NAMES: 1) PALMER AVENUE TO FARADAY AVENUE: 2) LOS MONOS ROAD TO FARADAY AVENUE: AND 3) IMPALA
DRIVE TO PALMER WM PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL
POLICY NO. 20.
CASE NO: SNC-21
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
~y adoption of Resolution No. 2112, recommended changing certain
street names, as provided by City Council Policy No, 20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing to consider the subject street
lame changes was held by the City Council on May 17, 1983; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad, as follows:
1) That the City Council approves SNC-21 per Exhibit "A" attached to this resolution; and
2) That the findings of the Planning Commission contained in Resolution No, 2112 constitute the findings of the
City Council in this matter; and
3) The City Clerk shall notify all affected public agencies of the change; and
4) All affected street signs will be changed immediately upon the effective date of the City Council
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:arlsbad City Council held on the 17th day of May,
iollowing vote, to wit:
