RESOLUTION NO. 7231
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Development Corporation has submitted a Grant Deed
:onveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for drainage purposes; said Deed
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be in
:he public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Ialifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for
irainage purposes is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Deed to
)e recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of
:alifornia, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
4. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Hold Harmless Agreement
For the said drainage easement.
