RESOLUTION NO. 7235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING IMPLEMENTATION OF AN AUDIO VISUAL
INSURANCE FEE AND MAINTENANCE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California desires
to implement an audio visual insurance fee and maintenance fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That effective July 1, 1983 an insurance fee of $.50 shall be
accessed on each film and/or video tape title at time of check-out.
3. That all funds shall be deposited in a special revenue fund and
expenditures from said account shall be handled in accordance with established
City pol icies.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the7* - day of
