RESOLUTION NO. 7256
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CARLSBAD AND THE SAN DIEGO ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS TO PREPARE A COMPUTER MODEL OF TRAFFIC CIRCULATION IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolve as fol 1 ows :
1. That certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad and the San
Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) for a computer model of traffic
circulation in the City of Carlsbad which is on file in the City Clerk's
3ffice, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
3. The Finance Director is authorized to encumber funds in the
mount of $14,890 in account number 01-32-40-2470 for this project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad held the 21stday of June , 1983,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council~s Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
