RESOLUTION NO. 7283
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION
OF FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE
RESEARCH/ANALYSIS GROUP BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad desires to appropriate $14,150
ior six new General Plan and Zoning Maps for public display and
;taff use, identified in detail in Agenda Bill # 7441 ; and
WHEREAS, there are no funds available in the Research/
inalysis Group's budget to accommodate this map program; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from the City Council's
zontingency account to support this program, decreasing the
:ontingency account #01-1950-2470 by $14,150 from $942,857

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
3ity of Carlsbad that said appropriation of funds is hereby
spproved and shall be transferred to account #01-3240-2470 in
the Research/Analysis Group budget.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
day of July, City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th
1983, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council PIakers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
