RESOLUTION No. 7286
A RESOLUKCON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, OmIA, CHANGING THE NAVE OF COU” TO IMPALA DRIVE.
WPLtICANT: CITY OF (XlUSW (SNC-22).
WHEREAS, the Planning Ccaranission of the CIty of Carlsbad, by adoption of
Resolution No. 2126, adopted on the 8th day of June, 1983, reccmended the
changing of the street currently knm as Goldenbear Court to Impala Drive,
as provided in Council Policy No. 20; arad
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on July 5, 1983,
held a public hearing to consider the recamendations and hear all persons
interested in or opposed to Street Nam2 Change No. 22;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the findings of the Planning CcPranission in Resolution No. 2126
constitute the finaings of the City Council in this matter.
C. That said Street Nam? Change No. 22 is hereby approved, effective
inmediately .
D. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify all affected public
agencies of the change and to record a copy of this resolution.
PASSED, APPRWED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meting of the Carlsbad City
Council, held on the 5th day of July, 1983, by the follming vote, to wit:
