RESOLUTION NO. 7342
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF $350 FOR THE LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club wishes to present $350 to the
ity of Carlsbad Library toward the purchase of draperies for the new addition
3 the Children’s room; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant to Sections
7354 and 37355 of the California Government Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, as follows:
That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council accepts the donation of $350 on behalf of all
