IMPFXMYEXWS IN THE CITY OF CARISBAD.
WEIEREAS, the City Council adopted City Standards for the Design
and Construction of Public Wrks Irrrprovements on October 28, 1980, which
included the 1979 Edition of the Standard Specifications for public Works
Construction; and
\JHEF?EAS, that edition has been updated and republished as the 1982
Edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction; and
WHEREaS, the City desires to use improved and updated specifications
in the construction of public facilities;
NOW, THEZEE'OFS, BE IT RESOLvE3D that all references to the 1979
Edition of the Standard Specifications for public Works Construction
(SSRK) be deleted from City Standards and the 1982 mition be substituted
therefor. All other provisions of City Standards for design and
construction of public works kqroveroents remain the sane.
