RESOLUTION NO. 7358
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A BRUSH CHIPPER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as

1. That the bid of The Randall Co. , 3470 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Suite A150,
ifayette, California 94549 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
ithorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a Brush Chipper, in the
nount of $14,596.20.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
adjourned /reguidr meeting held on the 27th day of September , 1983, by the following
ote, to wit:
