RESOLUTION NO. 7359
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE FURNITURE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California as

1. That the bid of Fischer Office Interiors; 2128 Thibodo, Suite E, Vist
;alifornia 92083, for Item 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13 as shown in Exhibit A
s hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contra
’or the purchase of office furniture in the amount of $7,183.89 plus tax, for a
;otal of $7,614.92.
2. That the bid of San Diego Office Supply, 7946 C
;an Diego, California 92111, for Items 11, 12, 14, 15 as
iereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized

For the purchase of office furniture in the amount of $3,372.12, plus tax, for a
total of $3,574.45.
3. That the bid of Southwest Business Interiors; 7480 Conway Court, San

iccepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
Jurchase of office furniture in the amount of $659.00 plus tax, for a total of
$698.54.

California 92054, for Item 8 as shown in Exhibit A, is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of offi
furniture in the amount of $979.36 plus tax, for a total of $1,038.12.
