RESOLUTION NO. 7366
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE LIBRARY ADDITION - CONTRACT
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it is necessary and in the public interest to construct
the Library Addition; and
WHEREAS, said construction has been completed; and
WHEREAS, additional monies are required for payment on said
Library Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the transfer of Twenty Thousand, Two Hundred
Seventy-Nine Dollars and Forty-Seven Cents ($20,279.47) from the
Contingency Reserve Fund Account No. 01-19-50-2499 to the Library
Addition Account No. 01-18-10-3124 is hereby authorized and
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
adjourned of Carlsbad at dregular meeting held on the 11th day of
October , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council p.lembers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chi& and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
