7381 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SAN DIEGO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE MEMBER
TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of Arthur A. Brown on the Carlsbad Building
Authority expires in October, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is recommended to the Board
of Supervisors, San Diego County, California, to serve as a
member of the City of Carlsbad Building Authority:
Arthur Brown , for a term to expire
in October, 1987.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the 1st
day of Novembr , 1983, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES : Council Msmbers Caslex, Lewis, Kulchin and Chick
NOES: None
ABSENT: COunCil Mennber Prescott
