RESOLUTION NO. 7386
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE STANDARD
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
WATER MAINS IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the General Plan of the City of Carlsbad calls for the orderly
levelopment of public water mains within the guidelines laid down in the
larious elements of the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the construction of public water mains in substantial
:onformance with these General Plan guidelines requires the establishment
if certain development a1 standards ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of
:arlsbad that the following is herein adopted as the City of Carlsbad
itandards, the document entitled Standard Plans and Specifications for
:onstruction of Water Mains as published and adopted by Costa Real
lunicipal Water District, dated December, 1982, which is on file in the
ngineering Department.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
arlsbad at a regular meeting held the 1st day of November , , 1983, by
he following vote, to wit:
