RESOLUTION NO. 7388
A RESULUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR SETTLEMENT OF MOLINA V. CITY OF
CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
previously authorized the settlement in the case of Molina v.
City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds available in the
liability self insurance reserve
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the expenditure of $15,000 is authorized for
the settlement of said case.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the Ict
day of , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:

ABSENT: None
