RESOLUTION NO. 7395
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS, AND APPROVE A FUND TRANSFER FOR COASTAL STORM DRAINS - PROJECT NO. 3158.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has
letermined it is necessary and in the public interest to construct the
:oastal Storm Drains; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor,
iateri al, tools, equipment, transportation, and other expenses necessary
ind incidental for said Project No. 3158 have been prepared and are on file
n the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated
by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
iarlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
iirected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to
iontractors inviting bids for the construction of the Coastal Storm Drains
n accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
4. The fund transfer of Eighty-six Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty
lo1 1 ars ($86,650) from the Undesignated Fund Balance Account No. 30-00-00-
I941 to the Coastal Storm Drain Account No. 01-18-30-3158 is hereby
Lpproved.
