RESOLUTION NO. 7396
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR BOOKSHELVING AND FURNITURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid from Westack Inc., 2330 Paseo de Laura,
Oceanside, CA 92054, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of
bookshelving and furniture in the amount of $29,987 plus tax, for i
total of $31,786.22.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City 01
day of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on 1st
Novmr , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
