RESOLUTION NO. 7403
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
PROJECT NO. 3146.
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR SWIM POOL PARKING LOT -
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, has determined it is necessary and in the public
interest to construct the Swim Pool Parking Lot; and
WHEREAS, said parking lot has been constructed and funds
are available to pay for said construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad as follows:
The above recitations are true and correct.
The transfer of Twenty-Three Thousand, One Hundred
($23,100) from the Undesignated Fund Balance Account No.
-0941 to the Swim Pool Parking Lot Account No. 30-18-40-
3146 is hereby authorized and approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 15th day of
Noverrber , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
