RESOLUTION NO. 7406
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RELINQUISHING ACCESS
STREET AND ACCEPTING THE GRANTED ACCESS RIGHTS OF
SAID LOT TO PIRAGUA STREET.
RIGHTS OF LOT 435 OF TRACT 72-20 TO VENADO
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
relinquishes access rights of Lot 435 of Tract 72-20, Map 7950 to
Venado Street and authorizes the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed
to that effect.
2. That the grant of access rights to said Lot 435 along
Piragua Street, as shown on the copy of the Grant Deed attached
hereto, is accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council at a regular
neeting held on the 15thday of NOV- __ , 1983, by the
following vote, to wit:
