. RESOLUTION NO. 7412
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PIPELINE LICENSE AND QUITCLAIM DEED FOR THE CENTRAL BUSINESS STORM DRAIN - CONTRACT NO. 3085.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, has determined that it is necessary and in the public
interest to construct the Central Business Storm Drain (Contract
No. 3085); and
WHEREAS, a Pipeline License and Quitclaim Deed has been
offered for right-of-way to construct said Storm Drain;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The Pipeline License is approved and the Quitclaim Deed
accepted.
3. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
to sign said Docuements on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 6th day of
December , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
