RESOLUTION NO. 7436
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TWO-YEAR
COMMERCIAL LEASE FOR' THE CARLSBAD HOUSING
AUTHORITY,
WHEREAS, the City provides space for the Housing Authority
offices; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority is being relocated from its
present offices at Harding Center, and
WHEREAS, office space has been located for the Housing
Authority Offices at 3030 Harding Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the lease with Alan K. Jacobs for the period
January 1, 1984 to December 31, 1985 be approved.
3, That the Mayor be directed to sign the lease on behalf
of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
adjourned of Carlsbad, California, at akegular meeting on the 13th day of
December , 1983.
