RESOLUTION NO. 7437
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
FER OF FUNDS FOR ALGA/ALICANTE TRAFFIC SIGNAL
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANS-
IMPROVEMENTS - CONTRACT NO. 3160.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coucil of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the transfer of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000
from the Undesignated Public Facilities Construction Fund Balance
Account No. 32-00-00-0941 to the Alga/Alicante Traffic Signal
Improvements Account No. 32-18-40-3160 is hereby authorized and
approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 047 on
file in said Department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 20th day of December ,
1983, by the following vote, to wit:
