RESOLUTION NO. 7446
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN INTSRMEDIATE SEDAN AND
DIRECTING THE PURCHASING OFFICER TO PURCHASE
AN INTERMEDIATE SEDAN PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.28.130
OPEN MARKET PROCEDURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Hertz Corporation, 9500 Airport Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90045, for the purchase of an Intermediate sedan
is hereby rescinded.
2. That the Purchasing Officer is hereby directed to
purchase a used intermediate sedan pursuant to Section 3.28 .I30
Open Market Procedure,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
Zity of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of
De- , 1983, by the following vote, to wit:
