RESOLUTION NO. 7473
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE FUND TRANSFER
AND EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE FORMATION OF THE
CYNTHIA LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT - CONTRACT NO. 3161.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
'01 lows:
1. That City staff is directed to proceed to prepare Assessment District
locuments for the establishment of the Cynthia Lane Assessment District.
2. That the fund transfer of $30,000 from the Undesignated Fund Balance
iccount No. 30-00-00-0941 to the Cynthia Lane Assessment District Account No.
10-18-40-3161 is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, at a regular meeting held the 17th day of Januq , 1984,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Pknbers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
