RESOLUTION NO. 7477
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING THREE
MEMBERS TO THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY
CABLE TELEVISION.
WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws for
the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television have
Deen approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the By-Laws require the City Council to appoint five
members to the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the terms of Bill Levinson, Sharon Strong, and John
Mamaux expire on January 31, 1984:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to serve
as members of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for
Carlsbad Community Cable Television for terms expiring January
31, 1986:
