A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO REFUND A CASH DEPOSIT IN LIEU OF BOND FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 73-24,
LOT 171.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
That the Finance Director is authorized to refund One Hundred
Four Thousand Dollars ($104,000) from the Grading Cash Deposit
Fund Account No. 80-92-41-0519, in lieu of a Grading Bond, to the
Poinsettia Investment Company, Inc. for Carlsbad Tract 73-24,
Lot 171.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 7th day of
February , 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Pknbsrs Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
