RESOLUTION NO. 7489
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO REFUND A CASH DEPOSIT
IN LIEU OF MAINTENANCE BOND FOR DESILTATION BASIN - CARLSBAD TRACT 81-6.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to refund
Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) cash deposit from the Grading Cash
Deposit Account No. 80-92-41-0519, in lieu of a Maintenance
Bond, to the Poinsettia Investment Company, Inc.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 7th day of
-’ 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott AYES :
