RESOLUTION NO. 7491
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH DAVID M. GRIFFITH AND ASSOCIATES FOR A COST ALLOCATION AND FEE STUDY AND TRANSFERRING OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad desires to employ the
,ervices of a consultant to prepare a cost allocation plan and
'ee study for the City and,
WHEREAS, the City has requested proposals from various
'irms capable of performing these services and,
WHEREAS, after evaluating these proposals, the City
'inds that the David M. Griffith and Associates proposal most
:losely meets the City's needs and,
WHEREAS, a transfer of $16,750 is required from the
:ontingency account to the Finance Department budget to fund
this study;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad that the firm of David M. Griffith and
4ssociates is hereby awarded and Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the attached contract for preparation of the City's cost
allocation plan, and the sum of $16,750 is hereby transferred
from the contingency account to the Finance Department budget.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 7th day of
